I am a fibre artist based in Roscommon, Ireland. My inspiration comes from the landscapes and surroundings of my country studio.


I work in a variety of materials, paint, collage, mixed media - but my primary thought process is in fibres. I like to collect materials such as wool, rope, cotton, and twist and weave them together to form individual, original works of art.

RDS National Craft Competition 2011

I am delighted to announce that I won First prize in the RDS National Crafts Competition in TAPESTRY WEAVING. My ‘Crow’ Series which includes 4 A3

framed tapestries are also available to purchase. The exhibition ran during the RDS horse show, in the concert hall RDS.

Then they are included in the travelling exhibition which will visit;
